Nose: Buttery, almost chardonnay like. A fresh loaf of toasted sourdough. Just a little bit of cinnamon powder and a tinge of citrus peel. Just a note of funky orchard smell too.
Palate: a creamy malty thickness coats the palate. Followed by a buttered croissant with a little fruity plum jam note.
Finish: Carmalized sugar and citrus
