Nose:
Neat: vanilla, cherry, caramel. Little oaky. Really nice nose
Water: cherry and red licorice predominate (rye influence?)
Palate:
Neat: oaky, caramel, smooth, faint spice
Water: more cherry, red licorice like the nose. Very delicious.
Body:
Neat: medium
Water: light to medium
Finish:
Neat: medium, lingering smoky caramel
Water: medium short. Not enough lingering flavor but what does linger is delicious.
Note: a taster from Jared. About 2oz. First taste was very nice. Very smooth too no burn. This is a very nice smooth cherry dominate sweet vanilla light caramel bourbon.

@ContemplativeFox. Yeah, it’s has a very nice flavor profile with classic bourbon flavors, but not hearty and finish doesn’t linger enough for my like long. But it is enjoyable.
This sounds surprisingly light for a 14 YO. Or did I infer something from your notes that I shouldn't have?
