Raisins first on the nose. Followed by caramels, apple, fresh hay, and peanut brittle, minus the peanuts.
The palate has light chocolate, rum raisins, and oak.
Finish has sweet lingering pipe tobacco and tastes like how a fresh pouch of Stoker’s chewing tobacco smells. Kinda got to be a redneck to get that one.

I get that freshly opened tobacco pouch on a couple bourbons and absolutely love it. Always reminds me of when my grandaddy would open up a fresh pouch of Redman or Beechnut. I'd always ask to smell it.
