Neat. Nose is cooked fruity agave, earth, some herbs, citrus, and butter. Taste is rich with agave, soft citrus, white pepper, ripe tropical fruit and flowers, even a hint of vanilla, cinnamon and mint. Finish is mildly sweet, some citrus pith, hints of herbs soft anise. Nicely balanced, very little alcohol burn.
A well made, natural tasting tequila with a wonderful flavor profile. Don't waste this on mixers. Quite rewarding for neat sipping. Fresh bottle tasting was a little mild and disappointing, but some air time really brought out some flavors. A little on the pricey side, but it's a honest delicious tequila worth it for those that like a prettier profile
