This is quite drinkable...dangerously so. Without ice, it's got a sweet vanilla aroma, and equally followed by an oak-vanilla flavor. Finish is long and spicy. With ice, I found it overly spicy, muted the oak-vanilla flavor. If you can handle the ABV, without ice is the way to go. Just a few drops of water will do---it'll open up the aroma and flavor.
