Four Roses flavor profile is among my favorite. I find them very herbaceous, perfume like (positive way) and the spice from the High Rye malt bill is what I love. The Aroma here is fantastic, lots of spice, a sweet candy Aroma some milled grain and a touch of mint. The flavor is just BIG. In terms of both breadth and depth. Some sweet hard candy below a big spice bill with cinnamon, pepper, perfume notes, fruit notes. Touch of clove. Finish is spectacular and perhaps the high point.
