Open for 9 months now and ready to give my review. First looking at the color and the statement from the distillery is that its ex sherry and ex bourbon its very light in color so I beleive the sherry casks were of poor quality. The taste id just OK and there is a strong alchohol burn even watered down to 86 proof so I have to say not very impressed with this one and won't be buying again. It shows 54.8% so not sure what bottling year this is.Could be this bottling was a poorer quality of the other expressions with high scores here. Very dissapointing.
