Nose- strong notes of caramel and vanilla. Slight leather and honey smell. Taste- strong taste of vanilla and oak. Caramel comes as the bourbon lingers on the tongue. Minor notes of stone fruit and raisin. Finish- lingering caramel and vanilla that lasts with a tingle. Overall- a very delicious single barrel offering. In my opinion a deeper flavor than other single barrel offerings. I seem to find something new every time I pour a glass. At 120 proof it is a very smooth whiskey that fits well in any collection
