My husband enjoys BlackPitts quite a bit. The nose is lighter than a lot of peated whiskey. The taste has a lot of light fruit and honeysuckle with an earthy peat finish. It’s much lighter than Connemara and the most balanced peated Irish whiskey behind WD O’Connell’s Bill Phil.
