It’s a delicious whisky, I got it per ralfydotcome recommendation. He thinks it’s so unique that he hasn’t encountered this type of flavor profile in 15yrs. I’m not sure why because it’s got the basic good whisky notes. Smoothly sweet and delicious on the nose, lots of candy/dessert/dry fruit scents, and it’s super smooth down. It’s sweet and fragrant, crepe brûlée comes to mind as one of the dessert tastes, and it’s tasty. It’s a bit simpler of a flavor profile I suppose, but it’s quite delightful and easy to drink. It’s good stuff, not carrying much of the campelton funk like the kilkerran. I will continue to try it and see how it goes over time.
