Nose: honeysuckle, stovetop caramel, leather, super subtle white chocolate notes. 4.75/5 Flavor: honey graham cracker, cane sugar, vanilla leading to caramel, floral notes (elderflower?), lovely rounded wooded notes in the finish. 4.5/5 Finish: one of the easiest to drink bourbons I’ve had, incredibly smooth with minimal warming, leaves your mouth with a caramel butterscotch flavor. 5/5 Overall: world class whiskey, one of the best bourbons I’ve tasted. 4.75/5
