BLIND TASTING:
Light gold color with very light legs
Nose: Initial sweet nose. malt
Palate:Very light with some malt flavor coming through. I find the palate rather unremarkable.
Finish: Short with most flavour fading fast.
Proof is low. I'd say around 43%
This is an easy sipper which would most likely make a great intro to whiskey.

Uodate: After sipping a while, I think I might sense a small amount of peat.
