Loch Lomond Inchmurrin 12 Year
Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland

Nose: a lot of sherry influence with earthy notes of musky moss, grass, and bark.
Palate: initially sweet and plesant, then the flavour opens up into more sherry notes of baked apple paired with malty cheese funk.
Finish: mostly the cheese funk lingering with some barrel spice.
