Sweet pancake syrup, with a viscous, spicy body and looooong finish. This is a delicious, dangerously drinkable scotch! I didn't recognize it as Glen Scotia when I tried it blind--I think the extra time in cask lended it additional sweetness that covers up some of the funk I get in the 15.
