Nose: Fairly benign nose Only thing that really comes through is baking spices at the end Palate: Definitely tell it’s 80 proof - not the hint of a bite, but it doesn’t lack flavor like a lot of other 80 proofs out there - sugary notes with butterscotch and maple syrup (cliche I know) Finish: short-medium finish, no hint of a bite but nice sweet notes on the backend This is better than I thought going in as I typically don’t enjoy sub-90 proofs, definitely recommend.
