For people that like balvenie double wood 12 years, you definitely like that one as they taste pretty similar. Although I found balvenie slightly better, perhaps I should let sit longer as a lot of people comment on this. The nose wasn't strong mostly fruity and some citrus note. No alcohol smell. The taste I definitely taste the sherries, fruity note, apple, chocolate, honey. And the finish taste like cinnamon and it warm but doesnt last long. As a Speyside I definitely recommend it. Although If I had the choice i think I prefer the Aberlour 10 years old.
