My pallet doesn't deserve this. Had it as a birthday pour. Being newer to the bourbon game, I've always been curious. A friend made me try it at a finer dining establishment. To me it was tobacco followed by oily and rich. Can definitely tell it was picking a punch, but wasn't overwhelming. I wish I had a more developed pallet to be able to further understand. Definitely the best bourbon I've had in my life says my tongue and brain.
