Produced at Rabbit Hole Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky, Dareringer is a wheated straight bourbon with a mash bill of 65% corn, 25% malted wheat, and 10% malted barley. It is aged in char #4 new American oak barrels before being finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Produced in batches of no more than 15 barrels and bottled without chill-filtration at 93 proof, it is part of Rabbit Hole's core lineup of whiskeys.

This whiskey is part of the debut collection of Middle West Spirits Double Cask Collection. The bourbon is aged a minimum of six years, first in heavy-toasted & charred American white oak barrels from Ohio, before it matures in sun-blackened Spanish Solera Sherry casks. Available as of October 2021.

This release from 15 Stars features a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys from Kentucky and Indiana, aged 10 years and 13 years. The blend is finished in sherry casks before bottling at 115 proof.

Introduced in 2017, Double Cask begins with Wyoming Whiskey's five year-old bourbon made with a wheated mash bill of 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley. It's then finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. It's bottled at 50% ABV.

This limited edition release features Cedar Ridge Iowa Bourbon (74% corn, 14% malted rye, 112% malted barley) that was finished in first-fill Amontillado sherry casks from Jerez, Spain. Released in batches with the batch number and proof listed on the front label.

This limited edition release is High Wire Distilling's Jimmy Red Straight Bourbon, made from a sweet mash of 100% Jimmy Red corn (a rare variety grown on James Island, SC). It is matured in traditional new, charred oak barrels and finished for 6 months in 225L ex-Oloroso sherry casks. It is bottled at 93 proof.

This bottling features small batches of 4 year-old ryed straight Kentucky straight bourbon which is then finished for over 6 months in former Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. Selected barrels of straight bourbon whiskeys are finished in oloroso casks. First released in 2022, this Sherry Cask Finished Bourbon returned in 2025 with a slightly higher proof of 101.5 than the previous version. Available at the distillery and select markets.

Legent Bourbon is a collaboration between the two halves of Beam Suntory. It's a Kentucky bourbon, made by Jim Beam master distiller Fred Noe, that includes three components. The first is the bourbon itself, matured for approximately five years, along with parcels finished in California red wine casks (for approximately one extra year) and sherry casks (for approximately two extra years). The whiskeys were blended by Suntory chief blender Shinji Fukuyo. The first new standalone bourbon brand to come from the company in 27 years, Legent debuted March 2019 as a permanent member of the portfolio.
