Tasting Notes
"The aroma is fairly intense with sweet vanilla and caramel-covered apples. There are some wood varnish scents as well as some charred oak. The bourbon feels full in the mouth with a moderate level of dried fruits and toasted nuts. The finish is a bit tight with a dry and spice-driven finish. It's chewy and drinkable at this proof, but feel free to add a splash of water or serve on the rocks. A bit of a youthful bourbon, but the cask finish adds some complexity. "
