10Produced and bottled by Call Family Distillers in North Carolina, this Sour Mash Whiskey is aged over 4 years in new, charred oak and first-fill bourbon casks. The brand is named for 19th century preacher, farmer, grocer, and distiller Reverend Daniel Call. 9This herbal-infused bourbon liqueur was inspired by German kräuterlikörs. Beginning with the brand's signature Tennessee high-malt bourbon which contained a variety of German specialty malts, 14 different botanicals are infused — each one for different periods of time. Botanicals such as star anise, ginseng, bilberry, and sarsaparilla were used among others. After aging for a year in single-use bourbon barrels, dark candi syrup was blended in before bottling in a green-colored bottle. Available in January 2024 at the Experimental Distillery in Chattanooga, TN and online via Seelbach's. (SRP $49.99)

8Created to commemorate the 300th anniversary of the brand's founding, this cognac was created by Cellar Master Baptiste Loiseau from the Réserve Perpétuelle — a collection of exceptional eaux de vie from the Grande Champagne region. This release includes eaux de vie from the 290th Anniversary Coupe which included eaux de vie from the 275th. Louiseau reserved some of this blend for future Cellar Masters to use in their creations. Only 6,724 bottles were created with 1,000 reserved for the US. They are individually numbered and the glass carafe was inspired by the 250th Coupe released in 1974. Available for pre-order beginning January 11, 2024 and in store beginning March 2024. (SRP $2,735)
