    This limited edition Kentucky straight bourbon offering from Lux Row Distillers is made by blending a single barrel of the brand's wheated bourbon together with a single barrel of its ryed bourbon. Also, each of the bourbons were aged at least 4 years. Together the bourbon bottling becomes a four-grain bourbon by using corn, wheat, rye, and malted barley. Each bottle will detail both barrel numbers and the original fill dates. There's a limited allocation of 7,500 6-pack cases with retailers getting their allocations in August 2023. (SRP $79.99)

    As bourbon is required to be made with at least 51% corn, Remus Highest Rye Straight Bourbon is aptly named. Here, the brand uses the most rye in its mash bill recipe allowed: 39% rye and 10% malted rye in addition to the 51% corn requisite. The high-rye bourbon is aged for a minimum of 6 years and is offered at 109 proof (54.5% ABV). Released nationwide in July 2023, this is a permanent, year-round addition to the brand's core portfolio. (SRP $54.99)

    Old Forester's The 117 Series first launched in spring 2021 and focuses on innovation and experimentation. As in accordance with the 1897 Bottled in Bond Act, this Kentucky straight bourbon is the product of one distilling season — spring 2014. Additionally, it has been aged in a US bonded warehouse for at least 4 years and is bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). This limited edition release is available beginning July 18, 2023 at the Old Forester Distilling Co. retail shop, in select states for direct-to-consumer sales and at select Kentucky retailers. It's sold in 375ml bottles. (SRP $59.99)

    The Fifth District Series from Log Still Distillery's Monk's Road brand pays tribute to the historic distilleries of the fifth tax district in Central Kentucky. This second in the limited edition series honors the F.M. Head Distillery which also happens to share a Distilled Spirits Producer (DSP) number with Log Still — DSP-KY-47. This bottling is a high-rye bourbon which is aged for a minimum of 8 years. It was finished in toasted barrels before bottling at 100 proof. Available in early August 2023 in several states including KY, IN, OH, TN, MS, GA, and SC. (SRP $99.99)

    This Head Distiller's Pick #1 is the first single barrel full proof bourbon released by Green River. It was selected from the brand's Warehouse B by Head Distiller Aaron Harris. This is a rye-forward bourbon which is made from a mash bill recipe of 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley. Bottles from this first publicly available single barrel will be available for purchase exclusively at the Green River gift shop beginning on Friday, July 21 at 1 p.m. (SRP $59.99)

    From the rum brand inspired by the novelist Ernest "Papa" Hemingway comes its rarest offering to date — Ernest. Seventh generation Master Distiller Ron Call selected rums from countries in South and Central America. Next, the rums were blended and placed into new, heavily toasted American oak barrels for the first finishing. Then the rum was placed in both cognac and armagnac casks. Only 400 bottles were produced. Availability begins on July 21, 2023 (Hemingway's birthday) via the brand's website. (SRP $599)

    The Old G is a London Dry Gin brand founded by spirits veteran Peter Ibrahim and artist Hebru Brantley who designed the bottle. The gin was designed to be enjoyed without the need for modifiers or mixers and like all London Dry Gin bottlings is made without any artificial flavors or colors. Botanicals used in its production are juniper berries, citrus peels (lemon & orange), roots (licorice & orris), coriander, and cardamom. Available beginning July 2023 at select retailers in FL, GA, CA, IL, NY, and NJ with additional states to follow shortly after. (SRP $34.99)

    This serrano-flavored tequila is the second expression in the Fiero Tequila lineup following the brand's Habanero bottling. It was distilled in Mexico by Casa Don Roberto and was infused with locally-grown serrano peppers sourced from Jalisco farmer's markets. Incidentally, jalapeño peppers sit on the Scoville Heat Scale at 2,500-8,000 SHU while serrano peppers have 10,000-23,000 SHU. Available nationwide beginning July 2023. (SRP $29.99)
