On the nose slight wet dog sweet powdered sugar, maraschino Cherry, butterscotch pecan on the end. On the palate caramel, toffee, honey, mint, oak and black pepper midway, hay and barn finish.

On the nose mandarine orange, floral lavender, slight oak. Vanilla, butter, honey, and toffee at the end. On the palate, honey, peach, oily, slightly bitter. Black pepper and baking spices of cinnamon nutmeg finish. Some astringency.
