It starts sweet and floral then you get this interesting funk that's hiding in the background which is overall pretty good for the price and I find it turns some cocktails in a direction that can be pretty fun.

It was Oak heavy on the front and noticeably thicker mouth feel in comparison to regular bourbon and that Oak stays for a bit but then gives way to a really good maple note that just lingers. Personally I'm not a fan of how Oak heavy the front is and I am disappointed that everyone calls this breakfast in a bottle when the only time that happens is at the end. It's just not worth the price when I'd just prefer grabbing a bottle of Buffalo Trace which is much cheaper.
