The nose is baking spice, a fruit jam, confectionery sugar, herbal tea, Vanilla, cream, toasted barrel. The taste Vanilla, cream, baking spices, herbal, fruity, slight toasty oak in the finish and as it lingers it goes into a cream again. I got this from the Bourbon Junkies on YouTube they own their own distillery called Evernorth located in Michigan. This has got to be one of the best Rye's I've had let alone whiskey this is such a recommend if you can get your hands on it. This is batch #179.99 USD per Bottle

It starts a bit hot then turns sweet fruit with a touch of oak and the finish is like a sour apple. The drink itself is full bodied to me it drinks differently than others I've tried. It's a good neat pour but honestly this stuff does great work in cocktails so that's what I'd rather use this for.37.99 USD per BottleMeijer

A bit of a bite then sweet, toasted oak and a bit of caramel. It's a good pour but personally my problems with this one is that for me $45 could be spent on Makers Mark Cask Strength or plenty of other bottles than this. If this was $35 or lower this would be a decent recommendation I could give.44.99 USD per BottleMeijer

Starts off woody and I get leather and a burnt note like a burnt sugar but that could be a tobacco note instead unsure there. Which not gonna lie I'm not too much a fan off when I'm looking for Rum but the finish is great and sticks around with notes of fruit, dried fruit. It's tropical and slightly funky some good stuff. The only problem is the signature blend that's $10 cheaper here in Michigan has that finish go the whole way through the drink without the wood, leather, tobacco. Molasses is more prominent in the signature blend as well so honestly I prefer the signature blend but that's just me.32.99 USD per BottleMeijer

It was Oak heavy on the front and noticeably thicker mouth feel in comparison to regular bourbon and that Oak stays for a bit but then gives way to a really good maple note that just lingers. Personally I'm not a fan of how Oak heavy the front is and I am disappointed that everyone calls this breakfast in a bottle when the only time that happens is at the end. It's just not worth the price when I'd just prefer grabbing a bottle of Buffalo Trace which is much cheaper.58.99 USD per Bottle
