Super fruity and spicy like a sour beer type flavor, very complex. Nice funk and spice. Different than anythung ive tasted for sure. Really good

Banana bread and caramel on the nose. Follows thru fully on the palate, bananas, caramel, bready, buttery, sweet and full. Desserty, vanilla, creamy. Finishes with a nice spice and heat and complexity and a touch of fruit. Complete and complex.

For 25 this is as good as its gonna get. Take Stagg and make it a little less complex, and a tad more astringent, and thats what this is. Traditional bourbon as far as flavor goes, nice finish, nice spice.

Very fruity on the nose. Almost licorice on the nose. Straight caramel and light spice and red fruit on the palate. Vanilla caramel latte. Medium long finish and sweet throughout. Complete and complex lighter bourbon.

Nutty, maple, coffee, dark fruit, creamy vanilla. Full bodied sweet snd complex, super long and spicy finish. Pretty hot but the flavor follows thru, like a red hot cinnamon. One of the most complete bourbons ive tasted, pretty much everything i want in a bourbon.

Butterscotchy, brown butter, pancakes and syrup. Really nice balance of heat and sweetness. Really long complex finish. Underlying fruity flavors — maybe plum and cherry. Nice spice. Getting some salted caramel at the end.

Apple cinnamon on the front with some clove, and other warm spices. Nice heat and spice throughout with some underlying fruity notes. Really good

Strong caramel and butterscotch nose, doesnt follow as much on the palate but still nice and smooth and sweet. Not as hot as other 100 proofs. Amazing for 125

Super sweet up front — maple and brown sugar. Follows with a nice spice for the proof. Super sweet and maple, smooth with nice spice.

Heavy maple, citrus, and oak and brown sugar. Super smooth for a 120ish proof. Nice baking spice while still being smooth. Really good flavors and long finish.
