Immediately recognized the similarity to Antique 107. Familiar with less bite.

The expert notes for this are dead on.

Nose is all oak, initially the pallet is as well but immediately makes way to a dominant vanilla note through to the finish. Drinks higher than its proof.

Vanilla and sweet cream on the nose, pallet is more vanilla with the addition of oak and some bitterness.

Sweet & smoky on the nose with notes of creme brulee. The palate introduces sweet rye spice initially, but quickly gives way to oak & coffee.

Spiced vanilla on the nose, spice carries through to the palate and the finish but caramel takes place of the vanilla. Very spicy throughout.

Maple syrup and brown sugar on the nose. More of the same on the pallet with the addition of molasses and a hint of caramel. However the sweetness is perfectly balanced with some spice I cant quite place. The finish is warm with black cherries. Easy 5/5…
