Tasting Notes
"The aroma brings forth fairly intense notes of charred oak, butterscotch, and vanilla. On the palate the bourbon is moderately tannic with the oak drying out the taste a bit and bringing forth a bitter taste. But there's still some life there with vanilla notes coming through on the after taste. The finish is full of oak, smoke and vanilla and as you keep sipping it, the char notes come in stronger. If you're looking for the full charred oak flavor, this bourbon has just that. "
