Honey apple cereal nose. Very smooth, sweet apple light oak, Tobacco, old saddle

Tasty sweet, baking spice pepperb cinnamon. Good stuff

Nose: not a lot of nose but ethanol caramel Taste: very smooth, caramel, light spice like a sugar cookie. Not a lot going on but a good sipper.

Nose light pickle and herbal baking spice Taste: a little dry wood sweet baking spice and rye. Rich, well balanced has a little funky rye finish

Nose : smokey iodine, burnt apples coal Taste: wow it pops into your mouth with a pretty good sherry bomb, some oily mouth light cherry iodine peat. Sherry, peat funky numb finish. This is a different treat. I would definitely drink again. Buy if you find. I don't see impex on the bottle but the pic is correct

Nose: Honey apple cereal nose with maybe a light whiff of smoke. Taste: dry pear, woody grains the sherry hits soft on the back end. Good stuff, I want to try again (expected a little better though).

The current version is Brown Forman distilled and Barton/Sazerac bottled is nothing to laugh at. This stuff is my favorite value whiskey. 100 proof, sweet carmel nose and taste with a little spice. Taste has a little heat when you first pop the bottle but mellows later. It's sweet carmel w a little spice and a spicy almost pineapple finish. I give this and extra 1/4 star because its only $20 dollar a liter. For anyone that doubts that the current juice is still the Brown forman look at the back. You will see DSP-KY-354, the same on the old brown formans and then bottled at KY-DSP-12 (barton Sazerac). Edit: Sazerac is a blue metal cap, Brown forman is a black plastic cap

When I first opened the bottle It was a little hot. But after bringing it back out I like it much better. Doesn't have the wild turkey "tang". Sweet, light cherry vanilla, a little spice and a little heat.

Sweet fresh grass and roses nose Woody dry apples, grass a little plum. A funky grassy tart wood sweet finish. A few drops of water brings out more wood. Pretty good stuff

Tangy fruity ethanol nose Sweet spicy fruits w a little bitter burn. Tangy numb spicy after. Definitely better than average but a little on light side and the ethanol is present.
