Tastes

Pears, butter cream, apple orchard nose. Armagnac funk is prominent. The signature of the 13yr rounds it out with that buttery fruit. Long, dry finish. Overall a decent blend of flavors but I do prefer the original.

Sugar syrup and mash nose. Vanilla, peppery, mint, macerated rye, good n plenty. Buttery. Moderate pepper finish.

Mint, hard candy, cream soda. Alcohol hit. Moderate oak finish and young grains

Mostly oak with a touch of vanilla. Heat is present. Moderate mouth feel. Mild finish

Kappys* Bubble gum and earthy. Dense, dry oak. Touch of spice. Easy drinking and balanced.

Mashed grains aroma. Candied rye. Mint gum and lime pith. Buttery. Spiced, warmth in the finish.

Nose of dusty, roasted grains. Cotton soft mouth. Raw dough, grains, unsalted pumpkin seeds with a spices barrel finish.

Honeyed barley with the faintest hint of anise nose. Macerated pears and apples. Dried apricots. Balanced sweetness. Soft but coating mouth. Dry finish.
