Barrel #824 Liquor Junction. Cashew butter, nougat, and fruit taffy nose. Cinnamon peaches, confectioner butterscotch, mild nutty, sweet barrel spice. Slick feel. Heat comes in the medium, dry finish. Do not add water. It brings out a very displeasing note to my palate. For the price, a decent pour.33.0 USD per Bottle

Rittenhouse Rye 10 Year Bottled in Bond (United States 250th Anniversary Commemorative Edition)
Rye — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed July 10, 2026Smoked fruits, licorice, and gritty vanilla nose. Full feel up front but thinner finish. Over steeped tea leaves, stone fruit skins, and caramel chews. Medium light finish with a growing warmth. In comparison with the standard, the depth of the 6 extra years is obvious. The brightness and fresh tea notes are muddled down. Both are delicious, so it depends on if you want depth or brightness. And if you're willing to quadruple the price for the 10yr.100.0 USD per Bottle -
Buttercream pears, Good n Plenty candies, Lemon rind, and pound cake nose. Creamy feel. A touch of industrial. Prickly pear, cashew butter, and faint oak. Medium light finish with ale yeast, but the mouthfeel is what lingers. Water brings out the dryness in the finish. The industrial note is my favorite from the distillery character. Independent bottles at younger age seem to bring more of it. However, this is a quality pour that is priced well.80.0 USD per Bottle
