    Nov 2019. Clear medium gold. Aromatic vanilla, dried tangerine, ex bourbon, sweet spicy and lightly smoked banana leaves in nose. Dry, medium full body with warm campfire, river stone, ex bourbon, dried spicy and farmyard leather in the palate. Good balance m+ finish. Right at it's peak when opened for half year.

    Nov 2019. Clear medium deep gold. Powerful oaky vanilla, toasted sweet new wood, tree bark, new American oak, toffee, Christmas cake, and cinnamon, star anise and lots of sweet spicy in the banquet. Dry, medium full body with vanilla, honey, tree bark, sweet banana syrup, plastic, dried spicy and some coke in the palate. Good young Woody single grain, medium new lightly toasted oak finish.

    Nov 2019. Clear deep garnet. Aromatic warm sweet syrup, longan honey, figs, sweeten roasted prune, sweeten dried plum, and old furniture in the bouquet. Dry, medium body with creamy dark syrup, sweeten dried fruit, longan honey, xo brandy, old wood bark and solela oloroso salty in the after taste. Awesome balance and smooth finish.

    Oct 2019. Clear medium gold. Aromatic xo brandy, sweet dried figs, roasted longan honey, sweet smoky in nose. Sweet spicy, red wine tannin, campfire, roasted dark prune, and toasted wild berry in the palate. Ok balance fruity smoky finish.

    Oct 2019. Clear medium gold. Aromatic spicy clove, star anise, burned pork, and a little charred sweet potato in nose. Warm rich smoky bacon, campfire, oily brine, charred chicken stock, and some charred cedar in the palate. Ok balance, spicy smoke finish. Smells not attractive but the mouthfeel and aftertaste is fine.

    Oct 2019. Clear light gold. Medium seaweed, ink, noncracked pepper, and brine in nose. Salty iodine, brine, smoked wood, and campfire in the after taste. Ok islay balance with easy and smooth peat smoke finish.

    Oct 2019. Clear pale gold. Aromatic new make, peated smoky malt biscuits, campfire and brine in nose. Peated malt, smoky charred grain, iodine campfire and burned grain in palate. Ok balance young peated new make pure malt finish.

    Oct 2019. Clear medium gold. Powerful sweet sauternes, butterscotch, vanilla, sweet maleleuca cake, plum juice, pomelo, tangerine and cedar wood in the bouquet. Super rich cedar wood essential, Italian prosciutto, saint daniele, and sweeten oily Jamón ibérico in the palate. Outstanding balance sweet fruity game meat finish.

    Oct 2019. Clear medium gold to Amber. Powerful sweet spicy, vanilla, licorice, cinamon, longan honey, maltose, sweet butterscotch and cappuccino in the bouquet. Warm rich Christmas cake, sweet px cream Sherry, Palo cortado, maple syrup, vanilla, sweet spicy and Woody oaky sweet in the palate. Awesome balance sweet maple wood syrup finish. Yum yum yum!

    Oct 2019, Clear medium minus gold. Aromatic sweet maltose, ester, oily farmyard, malt biscuits and a little peated smoke in nose. Warm medium sweet malt biscuits, light vanilla, light peated smoked grain, and burned pencil in the palate. Good balance, malty sweet finish.
