Nov 2019. Clear medium dark gold to amber. Medium small tulip. Aromatic vanilla, heavily roasted coffee beans, sweet spicy, old leather, honey, toffee, and forest tree bark in the bouquet. Full body with lots of wood spicy, toasted bread Christmas cake, tiramisu, and caramel brûlée in palate. Good balance medium long finish. 55%abv.

Reviewed November 11, 2019 (edited November 21, 2019)Nov 2019. Clear deep amber. Aromatic sweet syrup, brown sugar, wood spicy, cedar, warm sweet grass, cola, caramel, and cinnamon biscuit in nose. Medium full body with brown sugar, longan honey, corn syrup, wood spicy and bitter caramel in palate. Kinda skew in palate for the unbalanced sweetness with bitter grassy wood tannin. 12 yeas of maturation can’t tame this beast. -

Aromatic old furniture, leather, smoked cherrywood, wood fired bbq, toasted nuts, dark chocolate, and gram masala spicy in nose. Full body with oak, old leather, toasted pecan, gentle smoked campfire wood, dried herb and tiramisu in palate. Good balance medium long finish. Like a old wise gentleman sit by the lake fishing. -
Nov 2019. Clear medium light gold. Medium small tulip. Aromatic longan honey, maple syrup, figs, sweeten prune, sweed spicy and a little cedar wood in nose. Light body with lots of sweet kernel fruit, foreast tree bark, sweet spicy and a little salty vanilla in palate. Good balance smooth straight finish. Definitely more complex than the original Bushmills but not by much. Nose is attractive but tastes young and wild.

Aromatic old leather, dark roasted prune, wet forecast dirt, over fermented oolong, and ripen grape jam in nose. Medium full body with oloroso cream Sherry, raisin, salty fino Sherry, sweeten raspberry, oxided longan honey, and old leather in palate. It tasted more like a real Sherry wine than a port. But sure infused a unique flavor profile than the origine 10yo. -

Medium full body with raisin, roasted dark plum juice, sweet spicy, ripen raspberry jam, and alittle Christmas cake in the palate. Good balance light Sherry finish. Classic good Sherry finish malt. -

Medium light body with honey, sweet spicy, honey, and fresh nuts in palate. Good balance classic young ex bourbon finish. Classic. -
Nov 2019. Clear medium gold. Gentle banana, tropical fruit, pineapple, ripen tangerine, honey, and a little plastic wood and plastic leather in nose. Medium body with spicy, nuts, honey, wood, old leather and tiny bit of seaweed salty. Good balance and easy finish. Classic ex bourbon malt whisky. Nothing bad but nothing extraordinary either.

Medium body with classic spicy, vanilla, wood, leather, sweet kernel fruit and coconut in palate. Good balance medium finish. Classic 12yo class ex bourbon malt whisky. Nothing special, kinda boring.
