Nose: lot more sweet vanilla than expected, soft spice, baking spice Taste: powerful big rye but smooth, some fruits and cherries, looooong finish Very nice for a rye guy

Spice, caramel, basic, and pretty thin. Not a long finish. Just completely uninteresting use of MGP. Better for cocktails

Smoke, Moss but also a lot of baked fruits. Apple, orange. Chocolate. You can definitely appreciate the roundness of the flavor from the PX casks. I prefer my more intense 16 year, just a preference. Why not have both on deck :)

Full flavor with baking spice, oaky spice, clove caramel with a nice long finish. Other ryes can pack a punch but lack this complexity. I love this one. My benchmark favorite rye actually

reminds me of finished whiskey. The small barrel hurts it. Almost syrupy fruity cherry medicine maple syrup notes. I personally am finding the syrupyness unpleasant. Spice and earthy tones still bright. I love 100% rye generally but this one I would not recommend for the price
