Tastes

This is a whiskey made for old fashioneds, which it happens to excel at. I can see how this is a little plain as a neat pour for the seasoned barrel proof drinker, but mix this up with some demerara and bitters and it blooms into a brown sugar covered fruit bowl with a nice light peppery finish.
