Full of body and spice. It's fascinating to taste a fernet that is so full of terroir. Smelling it is lightly smokey, earthy, spicy, and full of cardamom. It has a lingering taste of light menthol that is very pleasing and doesn't overstay it's welcome. Although it's oily at first taste, it wears off quickly. That said, if you aren't a fan of fernet, I would not get this bottle.

Very light brown sugar on the nose with a whiff of fruit. Berries and tropical fruit on the taste with a vanilla backbone. Maybe a hint of cream or cake, but very briefly. Aftertaste of brown sugar and baking spices.

Briny nose with a bit of smoke hint of maple syrup underneath. Palate is a bit shiny up front but with a quick brine and smoke. Ends with a sweet smoke that doesn't linger too much.

Nose: Not too sharp. Oak for sure. Some brown sugar under that. Taste: Sweet upfront with an almost sweet coffee note that quickly gives way to barrel spice and a baking note. Finish: Sharper but still sweet. Hints of coffee and cherry.

Nose: Shiny and not to strong. Slightly musty. Palate: Quick sweet fruit then a light corn up front followed by a spicy cherry and ends with a dark chocolate and tingling sensation.

Numbingly plessent. Some kind of baking taste with a full flavor. Artifical vanilla flavor as well. Nose of bright carmel and grain.
