Nose: Caramel, oaky, slightly nutty (unsalted/unroasted), baking spice, alcohol, not too sweet Palate: Same notes as the nose just turned down a little, char, cinnamon, nutty coming through at the end Finish: Fairly long, baking spice and oak

Nose: Stewed apples, applesauce, malty sweetness, slight cinnamon Palate: Less apple than the nose, creamy sweetness, floral, almost slightly hoppy Finish: Short, floral, sweet

Nose: Heavy caramel, slight oak, alcohol, gets sweeter after the first sip Palate: Caramel and oak evenly dispersed, not much else Finish: Long and warming, starts with a sweet oak but the sweetness eventually fades

Nose: Butterscotch, vanilla, slight oak Palate: Butterscotch, creamy vanilla, caramel. Reminds me of vanilla ice cream with caramel and butterscotch sauce. Great mouthfeel Finish Longer than expected, dominated by sweetness

Taste: Raw dough, malty sweetness, baked apples, raisin Palate: Honey sweetness, malty, apple raisin, adding a few drops of water brings out sweetened cornflakes Finish: Longer than expected, dry apples (apple chips), maltiness

Nose: Fresh crisp apples, apple cider, vanilla, sugary sweetness Palate: Same apple from the nose, white pepper Finish: Long and warming, the sweet apple fades into only pepper
