Casa Dragones Sipping Tequila Joven
Tequila Joven — Tequila Valley, Jalisco, Mexico
Reviewed February 16, 2021 (edited April 23, 2021)One of the smoothest, if not the smoothest tequila I’ve tasted. It’s on the expensive side for being just a Joven tequila, but it’s all worth it; one of the finest tequilas out there. Its flavor profile is fresh and slightly fruity, with spicy pepper notes and a subtle agave syrup aftertaste; tastes like a much softer, more refined version of Herradura Ultra. -
Herradura Ultra Añejo Tequila
Tequila Añejo — Mexico
Reviewed February 16, 2021 (edited May 22, 2022)After trying it for the first time, I instantly noticed the strong agave syrup taste, which is, of course, thanks to it having agave nectar added in after the distillation. Its profile is strong, with a strong agave taste, reminiscent of more premium tequilas, without the softness (or hangover...) that usually accompanies Golden tequilas.37.0 USD per Bottle
