Vanilla nose, dried fruit and dark chocolate flavors on the tongue. Rye spice to finish. As someone not too keen on super spicy ryes, this is an awesome balance. High corn content in the mashbill makes this a smooth and easy sipper.

Strong nose of Green apple. Tasted clove, dried apricot, some spice. Smooth finish with some slight spicy bite.

Very confused by this one. Starts like a tennesse whiskey, burns like a Jame E Pepper rye at the end. Almost nothing in between. Makes me go “meh”. Not much complexity - if I wanted a spicy tasting bourbon, I would rather just drink small batch Knob Creek than this. A bit disappointed because this bottle had a lot of hype.

Sweet from corn mash - strong vanilla and caramel flavor. Smooth finish. Great PA bourbon

Lots of spice on the finish. Smoke and cinnamon on the front. Gets better the more you sip. Complex spicy sipper

For the price (20-25$ in Lexington) I think this is a steal. Very sweet upfront with a bit of a bite in the finish. Mildly complex for its age and cost. Could be an everyday sipper if you’re young and on a budget.

Sweet and rich up front with significant caramel spice at the finish. Has peppery notes, but not too overbearing.
