Four Roses Single Barrel Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed February 13, 2021 (edited February 16, 2021)Golden light color. Very beautiful. Strong smells of oak and to a lesser extent fruits like pear and apple. Taste-wise, it’s sweet right off the bat. Vanilla and Carmel coming through. The pear and apple fruits are there along with some floral notes. Heat comes at the end but not overwhelming. A smooth finish. -

Coopers' Craft Barrel Reserve 100 Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed October 8, 2020 (edited March 26, 2021)Tastes of brownies and pudding. At 100 proof unsurprisingly has quite a bit of kick both in the taste and finish. A fun bottle and great homage to Cooper dog. -
Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed October 6, 2020 (edited October 7, 2020)Easy sipping. Almost no ethanol on the nose or taste. Picking up raspberries and honey. Vanilla. Not spicy at all, which I’m ok with.
