This is one of the best bourbons for someone who isn't really into the higher proof stuff. It's about as smooth as it gets, with lots of depth. Makes a great gift for a special occasion.

Classic Booker's flavors. Dark, rich, a little nutty and a little spice. It's done really well here. No one flavor overpowers. Love this bottle. Highly recommended for a special sipper (with a little water or small ice cube)

Yes, there's some floral and spice flavors. The problem is that's all wrapped up in a heavy leather taste. Like when you were in pee wee baseball gnawing on your glove in right field. Not very impressed. For 30ish bucks, Knob, EC or Buffalo Trace all day.

My First Barrell Bourbon. This is amazing. It's like if you mixed the best qualities from a Elijah craig BP and eh taylor small batch. Floral, vanilla smooth as you can get at around 57% abv. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed.

full, flavorful. Spice, sweet and a little smokey. Everything you'd expect with a high end "bourbon". The price is the only downfall. I did a blind with Bookers Granny and Shiny Barrel. I could not distinguish this one between the two. Even though this has rye in it, the Granny was more spicy. All said this is basically a Booker's. And is 30-40 dollars more. So. Up to you.

this is the absolute worst tasting alcoholic beverage outside of maybe plum brandy from eastern Europe. While the proof is relatively low it absolutely reeks of methanol. Like you'd only use this to clean your countertops with. The taste is completely different however, which I can only compare to soaking stale marijuana with the cheapest vodka ever made, throwing it in a blender and drinking it. DO NOT BUY FOR THE LOVE OF GOD

this is like a full flavor bourbon and a great easy sipping scotch had a child. Wonderful sip.

No idea why this isn't rated better. What else could you want from a bourbon? No gimmicks. Full flavor classic smokey, sweet, a little spicy bourbon flavor. The price seems high but when you consider something like Eagle rare going for around 40 bucks these days, 20 dollars more for a fuller flavor bourbon at a much higher proof,seems to justify the cost.

This is a great gift bourbon. It's delicious and super smooth. It's not a daily drinker, but with the unique taste It's a treat. The bottle looks and feels cool too. Again, a great gift.
