Nose: vanilla, cinnamon, caramel, spice, corn Palate: spice, rye, and corn Finish: medium vanilla, rye A sweet and rye heavy bourbon. Pretty good flavor, but definitely simple. Worth the price of admission

Nose: vanilla, caramel, sherry, cinnamon, honey. It’s hard to decipher it all, but the bourbon and sherry influences are very noticeable Palate: oak, spice, cinnamon, toasted bread. Very light overall, very easy to sip. There’s a very thin and oily mouthfeel. Finish: vanilla, wine, oak. A very pleasant finish which feels like it’s metering out the sherry and bourbon very evenly. Medium length.

Nose: caramel, toffee, saltiness, oak, buttery, smokey Palate: perfume, raisins, caramel, sea salt, cereal Finish: medium length charcoal and salt with a subtle sweetness. The charcoal lingers the longest.

Nose: caramel, coffee, malt, green apple, honey Palate: woody, citrus, lime, fresh fruits, makes me think of a forest. The tone is super light over all. Medium Body. Finish: Lime, Celery, Mint
