Lovely baked banana, dried coconut, loads of pepper, roasted nuts, apple skins. Palate has more dried apple, and more hot spice. Not bad at all

Baked bananas in chocolate on the nose. Touch of smoke, sea salt, candied plum, sugared white cherry, apple jelly. Palate has more cherry with spices, cassia bark, timber.

Quite light abs fruity. Lots of apple with lemongrass, oat, wheat, nutty with beeswax. Palate is a bit hot, but definitely shows Sauternes oak.

Oh my god! This is amazing! Baked apple, apple & pear tarte tatin, loads of butter and baked pear. DELICIOUS! Palate has that creamy tea with caramel, white chocolate and roasted hazelnuts feel!

very fruity and floral. loads of jasmine, orchard blossoms, apple blossom, peaches and yellow plum. Palate is much gentler than I expected, came as a surprise since the abv is 50%! I think palate here is very much in tune with nose - focus on fruits.

Nose whoah smokey, tar, coffee bean, coffee bean in chocolate, touch mocha, also some medicinal touch to it. Palate is delicious so much more darkness in it: mocha, dark chocolate, coffee bean in dark chocolate, cedar, cedar in dark chocolate, aniseed, aniseed in dark chocolate. Slightly burnt chocolate. Again tannins are over the roof here. But in a pleasant way. Also quite sweet lingering finish.

Nose is floral - loads of honeysuckle, jasmine, acacia flower, honey, some creamy dessert, peach pudding. Palate does not disappoint at all, very much focused around caramelised dried fruit, caramel, mocha, vanilla and cinnamon. Delicious, I’d drink that instead of a dessert.

Nose: Vanilla bean, marmalade, orange peel, fig. If it was wine I’d call it earthy notes but in old dessert type of wine. Palate has that ooziness about with more vanilla and caramelised dried fruit with cinnamon sprinkle. Long lasting finish

Nose is a bit tuned down, I cannot pick up anything but milky fudge and vanilla bean. Palate does feel a bit higher alcohol than it is, quite bitey, but in a kinda pleasant way. It might be actually the oak effect. Again palate has more of fudge and sweet spices with honey and I think a bit of dememrara sugar. In blind I’d definitely say it is closer to 50% abv.
