Tastes

Fine peaty whiskey with a harsh finish. Uncut diamond vs the 16 as my barman said.

Still a bit young. Hard to really distinguish from young Scandinavians. Harsh bite on the finish

Do try it. Special whiskey, strong nose with a taste of straw and ‘sheep pen’. Add a bit of water to develop the flavours.

Do add some ice halfway through to let it develop its sweet pineapple notes
