Great color out of the bottle. Definitely get the sweet toasted note on the nose. Immediately get that perfect Rye flavor in the mouth with leather and tobacco notes. Medium finish with a good KY hug.

Very smooth for such high proof, get woody, and baking spices on the nose and a alcohol hit on the tongue. Little bit of water really opens it up to some baked restaurant bread flavors and some nuttiness.

Honestly not a fan. Since this has moved to a NAS bottle you can tell it’s a young Batch. Heavy ethanol taste with some cinnamon and tobacco notes. Strong flavor but not a welcoming flavor. Bitter. I’ve also heard consistency has been an issue with this line so maybe just not a good batch.

Sweet butterscotch, big league chew on the nose. Great wheated sweet flavor. Such an easy drinker at 90 proof. Reminds me of summertime playing little league with that sugary bubble gum concession stand flavor from the dugout.

Smells sweet and buttery. Starts off with a quick citrus and pepper note then quickly mellows as it rolls to the back releasing into buttery almonds, chocolate, and cherry. Very dry mouth feel with a short to medium finish. No burn but a good Kentucky Hug and very smooth. Additional sips keep getting sweeter and aromatic.

Smooth spicy start that builds in your mouth as you roll your tongue. Hints of caramel, vanilla, and cinnamon. Long finish with a peppery tail, not overwhelming but a lasting spice/cinnamon note.

Hot! Starts off with a sharp woody taste that immediately gets hit on the tongue. Letting it coat the mouth you get some more oak really tasting the barrel char and a hint of fruity citrus. Finishes with a medium length strong alcohol aftertaste with a bite of pepper.

Vanilla, Oakey, Caramel with a chocolatey start. Finishes with a nice medium to long warming of the mouth that lets you know it’s a 90 proof without smacking you in the face.
