Batch: 004 Very interesting . The nose is villed with an irish potstill vanilla and little oak. Thats a note ive never smelled before on a bourbon. The palate is the same but just lighter.

Flat pop. Some cherry and oak on the nose and pallate. Not very much flavor as it all kind of disappears. Absolutly no burn whats so ever.

smells grainy, maybe some oak tannins, little bit of cherry. Cherry on the palette. I don’t really get that mineral flavor. Not very complex but good for the price.

Smells like an unpeated scotch on the nose. The palate is light and cereal. Pretty good, I do wonder what it would taste like with more age as it does taste young.
