Reasonably aged (NAS, but tastes to be at least 8-10 years) with a delicious smoky flavour and a long-but-not-aggressive finish. Because the spiciness isn’t as overwhelming as the Palo Cortado or Bordeaux expressions, the salt and honey comes through very nicely on this one.49.95 GBP per BottleSoho Whisky Club

Bunnahabhain 2008 Mòine Bordeaux Red Wine Cask Matured
Peated Single Malt — Islay, Scotland
Reviewed June 5, 2019Very full-bodied, and similarly spicy and aggressive as the 21-year old Palo Cortado. Clearly aged in a Bordeaux cask, it’s lovely and rounded with a pleasant level of smoke. 58% though, so if you’re not expecting cask-strength, might want to have a bit of water handy.Soho Whisky Club
