Tastes

Nose: maple, burnt sugar, lots of vanilla, brown butter Taste: Caramel and vanilla. Unsweetened organic peanut butter. Dark chocolate. Little bit of dried fruit. Finish: slightly sweet maple and baking spices. Touch of tobacco. Pretty.

Nose-Honey sweet with some mild fruits (apple, raisin) Taste-Nutty and sweet. Vanilla bean, oak, sherry is very present and lends a raisin and dried cranberries. Finish-baking spices and light roasted coffee.
