$60 Canadian dollars for the bottle. Nose: Spices Honey Fruit Summery Lightly floral Cool water First sip: Honey Vanilla Slight bitter note Finishes smooth. Continuing to sip: Nuts Maybe oak Vanilla, but not overpoweringly sweet Honey Pitted fruit Not very smoky or peaty After a drop of water: Nose gets a bit sweeter Less bitter on the palate, nicely balanced between sweetness and hints of spice Sense of warmth Lack of smoke and peat continues but maybe a taste or sense of charred wood Overall quite enjoyable, I would buy this again.

My palate is not very refined yet - Nose: Fruity Pear Slight orange but not tangy citrus Sweet Not smoky First sip: Fruity Slightly sweet Peaty finish Continuing: Fruit pits Bitter cherry Almost like a dark molasses sugar, not super sweet more of a rich sweet Slightly salty on the finish Smoke flavour building over time Dark chocolate Maybe coffee? Or a dark toffee?
