Nose: sweet red apple, Carmel, vanilla, brown sugar very strong sweet profile Palate: flavor bomb! Definitely taste the wood, baking spice, dark dried fruits, hint of tobacco Finish: one of the longer finishes I’ve had on a bourbon. The spice lingers, def get the heat from the higher proof on the back end but in a good way Overall it’s one of the more flavorful bourbons I’ve had, definitely a can’t miss buy at $65

First Larceny BP so can’t compare to the others. Not as much going on here as I hoped with it being barrel proof. Get vanilla up front and a lot of pepper on the back end. With that being said the nose is nice it’s got a lot of those two notes on the palate and a smooth finish for 57%. I’d say it’s a solid buy for under $60.

Great nose for a bourbon lot of vanilla going on. Little thin on the palate but the classic bourbon sweet sugar, vanilla and a little spice are there. Wish the finish were a little longer but overall it’s a solid daily sipper. Would def recommend grabbing a bottle if you have never had it

Very sweet on the nose hints if chocolate and Carmel. On the palate it’s like a grown ups yoohoo, very chocolate forward but in a good way. One of the most unique whiskys I’ve had

Not your typical whiskey, very strong on the pear notes. Taste more like a brandy very fruity. A good change up to your everyday bourbon/scotch

Taste like peanuts, I like peanuts but not in my whiskey.

Christmas spice, cinnamon, clove, little vanilla. Getting the spice like a rye on the back end. Very flavorful and a good mouthfeel.

Nose: rich chocolate, peanut brittle and cherrys Palate: almost identical to the nose with some heat from the high abv but surprisingly smooth on the finish Everything you think a bourbon would be, sweet and rich

I would put this up against any Kentucky bourbon. Strong flavors of Brown Sugar, banana bread and a long finsh. One of the best barrel proofs at a fair price
