Reviewed January 25, 2021 (edited January 30, 2021)Color: dark amber Nose: caramel, fresh herbs/grass, apple pie - 3.5 Palate: dried fruit, smooth, caramel, not as refined - 4 Finish: some pepper/spice, followed by smoke and leather - 3.5 Uniqueness: solid bourbon, not overtly sweet, smooth - 3.5 Value: good daily bourbon at $25-30. Wouldn’t pay over $35 - 4.25 Overall: great daily bourbon, will hold up in a cocktail with the higher proof - 3.75 -

Reviewed January 25, 2021 (edited June 4, 2021)Color: dark gold Nose: salty, burnt/charred wood, grass - 4.5 Palate: chocolate, spices, rye, alcohol on the tip then disappears - 4 Finish: smooth, creamy, spices and fruit- 4.5 Uniqueness: Big flavor, incredibly smooth and finish - 4 Value: excellent value at $55-60. Would pay up to $75 - 4 Overall: 4.2 -
McKenna 10yr bib Color: dark amber Nose: mint, vanilla , spices, alcohol - 4 Palate: vanilla, spice, late charred wood - 4 Finish: Sweet up front with a long dry finish with a long Kentucky hug - 4.2 Uniqueness: classic bourbon flavor - 3.8 Value: when can find at $35-40, great value. Would pay up to 60. - 4.5 Overall: 4.1
